Work
We work on projects at any given time of the year, brainstorming, experimenting, and synthesizing findings to implement into innovative initiatives and programming for community inclusion.
Team Building
Team building and refining our collective processes has become an essential part of the work we do. Through brainstorming sessions to project development, it is our hope that our efforts to make space for how our team members grow individually and collectively can help us prioritize wellness and sustainability at the forefront of our collective efforts.
Resource Book: Stop, Look, and Listen (Mock-Up)
An exploration of past and shared experiences of working in the accessibility field, communication strategies, and an exercise to reflect on the teams’ vision and mission after its first project grant.
TMU Digital Solutions Incubator: Phase 1
Funded by Toronto Arts Council and Ryerson University, The Hard Drive teamed up with Ryerson students from the Faculty of Communications and Design, to address solutions for access and inclusion in the Arts sector.
TMU Digital Solutions Incubator: Phase 2
As we dove deeper into our research, project development transitioned into creating user personas, user testing, and iterations of our earlier prototypes in Phase 1. In addition, this phase of the incubator allowed our team to engage in collaborative design, grant writing, event planning, and web development.
