UX Design

Over the last five years, I've grown an interest into expanding my art and design practice with a UX design lens. I get excited about the design-thinking process to create work and take part in building an experience for an audience or user.

Below are some stages of the UX design process that I have had the opportunity to get involved in. Visit this page again to find more updates about my UX journey.

As I move through my UX journey, I share different stages of the design process I've worked on for various projects. I developed my skills  through BrainStation, the Toronto Arts Council Toronto Metropolitan University, and OCAD University.

For my first UX project, I dove into User Research and developed wireframes.

After gathering information, this informed user flows and information architecture that would then be used to develop prototypes.

Other Projects

My most recent UX experience has involved working with students to help The Hard Drive better understand a digital platform that would support people with developmental disabilities and their caregivers.

From 2019 - 2020, I assisted OCADU's Student Accessibility Services make structural design changes to their webpage to help students navigate services and also help staff reduce administrative tasks.

As I continue to learn more about UX,  I am currently looking for opportunities to learn from other designers and organizations, understanding how different processes can improve my own. If you'd like to chat more about my UX experience, let's connect.
