User Research: Community Interviews

A series of fifteen interviews were conducted as part of our user research, an important part of our team’s process to better understand the challenges faced by the community we were looking to find solutions for.  Interviewees included youth living with one or multiple disabilities, their parents, personal support workers, nurse practitioners, assistive technology researchers, artists and inventors.

Prototyping

Our initial prototype with the students was developing a website for caregivers of people with disabilities, that could highlight accessible resources and events in the city.
